I thought the friendliness of the staff was excellent and sincere. Its position close to where I had to visit was perfect and the comfort of the room was well above average. I would not hesitate to stay here again nor recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Potts Point area, close to public transport and the train station. It is a short distance away from the Opera House, offering easy access to this iconic landmark. The staff at the hotel are praised for their excellent service and helpfulness, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Guests also appreciate the comfortable beds and high-pressure, warm showers in the rooms. Additionally, the hotel offers secure parking for a reasonable price.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest is the noise from the backstreet that disturbed their sleep.

Central, value for money.
Key card didn't work at 10.30pm, therefore no staff to open. Lucky we had 2 and the other worked after much fiddling. Could be a major issue if you can't get in. Also iron didn't work in room 306. Reported it but staff were not that interested.

had a lovely date night at a conveniently located hotel. Staff were pleasant, and the kitchenette was a bonus. Great for halal food and close to a supermarket. Would definitely stay again!
Cleanliness could be improved.

Nothing at all, the location was terrible, incredibly noisy, rooms were dated and not clean. Hotel was not a hotel....felt like crappy backpackers hostel
Staff were not terribly pleasant. It was so noisy outside I did not sleep at all and at $300.00 per night I found it insulting expensive for what it was. I could have stayed at the Sheraton and had a fabulous room and brekkie instead of this horrible grubby little dive of a place.....I Will never recommend this place to anyone and frankly it reminded me of nothing more than a cheap backpackers hostel....though it was not cheap......in fact Im so angry about paying $300.00 for the grubby tacky room, with no view Im embarrassed to say I actually stayed there......

I had a great stay at this hotel in a nice neighborhood near the train station. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a room with a kitchenette and bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. The room was kept very clean with all the basic amenities, including a kitchen and microwave. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing easy access to the attractions of the city.
Minor improvements could be made in some areas.

As you would be living at Time Square in New York
There was no person at the reception desk when we entered the hotel. We had to find out a telophone number from the office door to call the receptionist to give us the key. Happily we had been for three weeks in Australia and had a local cellular phone plan. Three of our overseas credid cards were not accepted by the card reader. I had therefore to go to an ATM to get cash. My wife did not sleep very well or at all, since there was lots of human and car noise in the street, altough our room was in the highest, third floor. Possible Saturday night is not the best choise to have a room in this hotel.
